Rob Dramov, NMD

The physician behind the practice. Dr. Dramov studied microbiology at Washington State University, earned his naturopathic doctorate at Bastyr University in Seattle, and has spent 23+ years treating the root causes of chronic illness — licensed in Arizona, California, and Oregon.

He built one of the Portland area’s most trusted naturopathic clinics before opening the Arizona office, and he still treats every case the same way: test properly, listen fully, and treat what the results actually show.

Office Manager & Clinical Care Coordinator

Shannon MacGreggor

Shannon started her career in office management with the NBA as the Director of Member Experience in Boston, MA — a role she held for over two decades. During her own health journey, she found the naturopathic world and decided to make a career change.

She joined Dramov Naturopathic Medical Center in 2021 as Office Manager, bringing years of customer-service and management experience with her. Shannon has a genuine passion for delivering premium patient care and helping people with their healthcare needs — she’s usually the first voice you’ll hear when you call.

Outside the clinic, Shannon spends her time at the gym, rock climbing, gardening, or hiking with her family. She loves to travel — and finds her greatest happiness spending time with her twins.

Patient Care Coordinator

Michelle Woodworth

Michelle manages her role as Patient Care Coordinator with a personable, caring outlook developed across a genuinely diversified career: communications for the U.S. Military in the Hawaiian Islands, then years as an environmental chemist, then operations coordination in the Pacific Northwest wine industry before joining Dramov Naturopathic Medical Center.

That mix — scientific precision plus real hospitality — is exactly what you want in the person coordinating your care, your scheduling, and your questions between visits.

In her free time, Michelle is passionate about her community and the arts — she volunteers regularly and has served on several charitable boards. When she’s not in her garden, you’ll find her hiking or kayaking with her husband and two grown children.
